How long will my logo design take?
Depending on the amount of logo’s were currently designing, designs will take no more than three working days.
Is that the exact price you charge?
The stated price on the package is the exact price you will pay, there are no hidden fees and no extra charges.
What if I’m not happy with the design?
If in the unlikely event your not entirely happy with your design, you get unlimited revisions, so if we don’t get there first time around, we will on the next revisions.
When will you start designing my logo?
As soon as the payment has been made, our designers will get to work on your logo design the same day, which is why sometimes you will receive your logo with a few hours.
Why are your prices so cheap?
Our overheads and costs are minimal which enables us to pass on the saving to the clients.
Print and web formats what are they?
Web formats are pixel based just like a regular photo, then come in JPG, GIF and PNG formats. Print formats are vector based which means they can be blown up to any size with out the quality changing. You can use this for stationary, vehicle graphics, flyers, supplied in EPS, PDF and AI formats these are all editable.
I have lost my original logo what can i do?
Contact us we will always have a back up of your logo and we will resend you another logo for free.
Do you use recycled designs or templates?
All our logo designs are unique and are not recycled from old artwork, our designers come up with new ideas for every business and business name.
Are my details secure?
All off your details are through the secure site Paypal, The Logo Store, does not hold any of your payment details. We don’t send you any unwanted emails, just your designs. We certainly don’t pass your email address onto third parties to send you unwanted spam mail.
What are PMS colours?
PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, all designers and printers use them. It’s the colour/s you use to make your logo, so when you go to printers you can tell them your PMS for example 301c and you will know your colour will be exactly the right colour. It is basically a standard language for all printers to understand, as colours can vary from screen to screen, and from screen to print.
